Final Sale: All vehicle sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the purchase is complete.

Condition of Sale (AS IS): Vehicles are sold in their existing condition. The buyer accepts the vehicle "AS IS" with all faults, known or unknown.

Warranty:

• Unless an additional and/or extended warranty has been purchased, no warranty is provided by Capadocia Auto Sales LLC.

• Any claims related to the vehicle's condition or performance must be directed to the warranty provider, if applicable.

Liability: Capadocia Auto Sales LLC is not responsible for any repairs or issues arising after the sale unless covered by an additional purchased warranty.

Inspection: It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the vehicle thoroughly before purchase. Any issues found post-sale will not be grounds for return or refund.

Documentation: The buyer must ensure that all documentation, including the Bill of Sale and Title, is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the purchase of a vehicle will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
